The Resume Pass (₹599, 30 days) is a one-time digital purchase. It does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel later.
When you get a full refund
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Money was deducted but your pass did not activate within 24 hours.
- A technical fault on our side stopped you from downloading your resume PDF, and we could not fix it within 3 working days of you reporting it.
- You ask within 7 days of payment and have not yet downloaded a PDF.
When refunds are not given
- After you have downloaded a resume PDF, except for the technical faults above.
- After the 30-day pass has ended.
- For features marked “coming soon”, which are not part of the current purchase.
How to ask
Email or WhatsApp us with your registered email and the Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
